What can I take to ease my allergy symptoms...right now? (more)?

I take Loratadine (Claritin) every day (but just started about 4 days ago). I'm having horrid allergies right now...itchy watery eyes, sneezing a lot, runny nose...etc. I take a 12 hour Sudafed during the day, but it's non-drowsy. It's nearly 10PM and I'm suffering. What would I be able to take, right now, to help since it's night? (NyQuil...does NOT work).
