My last names are corona and franco does that mean my ancestors came from another counrty?

Am curios to know that if i have ancestors from another country since i read that (FRANCO) comes from France and that (CORONA) is Italian,English,or Spanish origin so since i got these two last names from my mom and dad do u think my ancestor's came from all the way in Europe and immigrated to Mexico
