Pregnancy Blood Test?

I went to my ob today and I thought everything had went fine but my blood work came back saying my liver enzymes are abnormal so I was asked to go in tomorrow to get retested. I have had quite a few complications with the pregnancy including almost going into preterm labor at 28 weeks. I am now 31 weeks and worried about what it means having your blood test coming back like that. Any ideas?
