Do you think Alimony laws are fair?

It depends on the situation. Many times women will give up their careers, or promotions at work in order to stay at home with the kids. Do you ever see men do this? Then after the divorce they are stuck, with no recent job history, maybe having to go back to college or renewing licences, and usually at a much lower salary than the men. Many times when there are no kids involved, the woman gives up her career to make hubby happy, with the same result.
