Should freedom of the press be restricted?

The problem is the media seems to get too get too much attention and then when people go to prosecute they cant find an unbiased jury! Media should not list suspects or anything until the police have arrested someone in a crime....I am glad that those duke boys have finally got some justice though...that was not just a bad story about the media, but a very biased prosecuter! But that should also be blamed on the fact that if he had not went after them then the rev sharpton and jessie jackson would have been out there in their out cry of racism.......so it wasnt just the media in that case......
