What is the name of this Korean movie?

Hi My name is Lexi. I used to live in Korea. One night I was flipping through the tv channels and found this really good Korean movie. I only saw bits and pieces of it. I know it's about a girl that was a police officer and she had a close friend that was a guy.I think he would follow her if she had duty or something to do. One day she had backup with her was trying to catch a criminal or something, (By shooting him). She told her partner to shoot and she shot her gun as well and afterwards she learned that she and her partner accidently shot her best friend. Afterwards she tried to commit suicide so that she could be with her friend.. She went to the hospital to visit her friend and soon learns that he is dead. She tries to shoot herself at the hospital, but the other police officers there take her gun from her.. She soon tries to overdose on a bunch of medicene and is rushed to the hospital, afterwards she tries to jump over a balcony and a festival is going on. A bunch of balloons are released and are floating up. A large glove shaped balloon soon grabs her and she falls into someone's house. Some days she would reminisce about the times she had with her best friend, and how they grew up together. Afterwards she cleans up her act a little bit. One day she was undercover I think and a group of criminals were there, I think there was shooting. She winds up getting shot because: There was a set up. (Someone pushes a baby out a door and she tries to rescue the baby and she is shot.) She goes to the hospital and starts thinking about her best friend. Her mind drifts off and I guess she thinks about seeing her friend in heaven. In her dream, She's outside in the city and she see's her friend getting on a bus, she calls him and runs after him but he runs away from her. Her family arrives at the hospital and they wonder if she's gonna live the doctor soon steps in and tells them she's going to live by sticking up his thumb... Towards the end of the movie the main character talks to her best friend's spirit. I guess she's telling him not to go to heaven. They have a long conversation... Afterwards he goes to heaven. The movie is similar like ghost a bit only it's a Korean version.
