Why is my cat constantly licking my face? Even following me to continue?

My cat who is 6 months old, and bottle fed because her mommy abandoned her, constantly is licking my face. Whenever I hold her, her little tongue pops out and licks my face no matter where I move my head she continues to lick it, expecially my lips..maybe it's because i'm always kissing her face lol. Even if I put her down and she feels she is not finished she will follow me to wherever I am sitting and continue to lick me. WHY? I hope it's because she loves me
