A girl hit my car on thanksgiving and now she is trying to dupe us on the money what sould i do?

we went and got 3 estimates all were close to 900 dollars, but were quality repair shops..she is trying to get us to go to a second hand bodyshop that will do it for real cheap.bt i am afraid they will not do it to my standards...does anyone know the law on this?
