Concerned about my manhood. PLEASE HELP.?

Hey everyone. Recently at lacrosse camp I was hit the the private parts with a lacrosse ball. To my surprise, it didn't hurt that bad or give me that nauseating feeling. It was numb for a while, then I went into a bathroom to check the damage and my left testicle is fairly swollen. Now, when I felt down there, I could barely make out the testicle itself, and then I also found a new tough object (not sure what it is, maybe blood vessels). I have a vericocele in te left side of my so I am wondering if that could be the hard object. Two days have now ped, and the swelling has not gone down. I have iced at night for each night. I am getting really worried. A thing to note is that I do not experience any great pain whatsoever besides a little discomfort when I try and run. Please give me any advice or info you can and I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks!
