Advice: Easy and healthy 100 tips to lose 100 calories. Not as a diet?

I think these tips are great! Most of them just recommend eating natural foods in place of processed foods, which is always a great idea. If you cut 100 calories from each of your meals, you could lost a pound every two weeks. If you add 30 minutes of exercise each day, you could lose a pound each week. Even if you aren't trying to lose weight, eating these foods in place of all the junky processed foods and doing a little exercise is good for your body. Good for you on trying to be healthier. Diets don't work. You need to make these changes for the rest of your life. Most diets are just a quick fix.
