Bodybuilding/creatine??

I use Musashi monohydrate. When you start using it need to load up for a week. About 3 - 5 drinks a day.Then 1 a day from then on. U probably wont notice the difference when your using it but it really works. Once you stop taking it you realise how much it helps recover your muscles and get more reps out in your sets. Nearly any dedicated lifter will be using creatine
