Anyone know of any aura exercises?? O.o?

Hey anyone know of any aura exercises i could do to help me see aura better?? Or even help with the opening of my third eye?? .. I asked this question before but it was in the wrong category and i couldnt change it.. So i got no answeres : ( ..
