2008 Impala SS Engine power reduce?

I own 2008 Chevy Impala 5.3 Every day I drive this car I get an error message (engine power reduced)(Service traction control)( Service stability track).. When it happens it feels like something is smackin my whole car cuz it like jumps and makes tapping noises.. I can't even go past to 20 so I have to pull over for 5mins then its fine again.. Any suggestions to what is wrong?
