Disturbed mental cat What to do about revenge peeing?

I have a cat, Spookie, that is mentally disturbed. Spookie has a ppl phobia and will run and hide when ever anyone comes in the house. She will allow me to pet her only when she wants it (3-4x max) and when she is finished she lets me know by scratching me or biting me, so I have to be ready! She likes to sit on the front porch to watch things, only if I leave the screen door open so she can bee line inside if necessary. She eats nothing but hard cat food or Shop-rite Virgina baked Ham shredded, and if you don't feed her some look out for you feet! I can live with all that! What I can't take is the "revenge pee" if she doesn't get here way she will pee on something and at times right in front of me. Just the other day instead of leaving the door open, for security reason I shut it and went up stairs, she was pissed so she came up stairs rubbed up against my leg, I know better then to touch her she will swat me. She walks over to the dogs blanket, who doesn't go near her, and squats down looks back at me and starts peeing. She has no medical issue other then "abandonment issue" from birth. My daughter found her at 3wks old.(She(daughter)married a guy who loves big cat hating dogs) I refuse to take Spookie to a psychologist, However I am nearing my end with this cat.I have two liter boxes that I keep very clean. She will use them. How do I get her to stop this peeing when she get mad or upset over something.
